Irrfan Khan has been fighting from getting typecast since the beginning and he said that he will continue doing it. When he was working on TV, he used to get doctor roles and got sick of playing those roles. Then in films, they cast him as a sober and sensitive guy. Irrfan said that playing innocent roles was very boring. Then he played villain's roles and did comedy too. This way he is making a continuous effort not to get typecast.
